Hi, let me tell you that I have more than 5 years of experience in the call center industry. I started working at retail store providing customer support, placed orders and check purchases status. Then, I was promoted to worked at credit card department. I learned to process credit card payments and unblock credit card. I continued to put in practice the customer service skill at MoneyGram campaing as Tier 1 and tier 2, I used to do due dilligence questions and gave tech support , finally I went to a chat proyect where I developed the typing skill. I am very committed, focused, individual and multitasking candidate, I am a well-organized and fast learner.
