I have been looking for a job that will sharpen my skills and motivate my personality. I am a Virtual Assistant for a Japan-Based company for 2 years and from that experience, I learned a lot of things.

Flexibility and great multi-tasking skills is the key to being an effective virtual assistant. I am also a great listener. I probe before action. I need to know what the clients want and how they want it done. After probing, I implement and furnish the end product just as my client expect it to be.
