I take pride on a job well done after helping people out. I worked as a customer service representatjve for an US medical account for more than a year and another year as a technical support representative. I provide assistance, give precise instructions, book appointments and many more in the past few years.

I am willing to be trained and I love learning new things. I always finish jobs that I started and loves to be challenged.

I can also do transcriptions as a result of working in a call center environment in the past. I can type what I hear and I am detail oriented. I can summarize things that was said to me or things that I read.

As a result of the need to type and listen at the same time at work, I can also do data entries. I can type fast enough to be able to finish data entry jobs.

These skills are results of my work experiences, and as I mentioned, I also love learning new things. I am a fast learner and hungry for new knowledge.
