During the past five years, I have been promoted to increasingly responsible positions within my previous company, serving as a customer service representative, acting supervisor and one of our customer service manager and now, a Virtual Assistant. Throughout my tenure with the last company, I have built lasting customer relationships, salvaged key accounts and strengthened customer loyalty.
