I have been freelancing for 5 years now and have worked as a customer support representative (email and live-chat) for different E-commerce stores in Shopify. My experience also includes working long-term for a company that provides live chat services for hotels, resorts, and vehicle dealerships.

Prior to working home-based, I worked for several Business Process Outsource companies as a Project Manager, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Customer Service Representative.
