In this role, I organized and implemented new standard operating procedures for multiple Italian Foreign Ministry campaigns used by 40+ Chambers abroad, with a focus on event logistics enabling upwards of $5MM in new trade between Italy and the U.S. In addition, I organized new membership campaigns driving an uptick in Chamber member retention and expansion.
