As a result of Novartis Portfolio Transformation,the AnimaIHealth division ofthe company was sold to
Elanco- Eli Lilly. My task is to separate 60+office,test and commercialsites and transfer them to the
Buyer in 27 countries in EU,APAC and Americas regions,including the offboarding/onboarding of more
than 3000 associates.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Participation in Due Diligence activity representing the IT function
•Analysis,development of options and recommendation ofthe proposalforalilT activity necessary to
complete the merger,acquisition,or divestiture
•Development and delivery of cost estimates for work to be performed based on documented scope

l was responsible to establish a Run Once Geo Repeatable service to provide rapid automated server
provisioning, increase productivity of server builds,enable savings,improve build cycle
time.Consolidation of server build execution into Run Once teams,decrease number of handoffs,
improve efficiency,increase standardization of process execution.
l was directly managing16 project managers in 7 countries,for confidentialreasons l cannot specify the
number of FTE'sand serverbuilds in this project,but we are talking about hundreds of FTE'sand
thousands of serverbuilds.
Responsible for budget,timeline,milestones and deliverables.Taking part actively in the selection
process ofteam members for the consolidated teams in other delivery locations such as India and
Poland.
