I have a degree in Psychology and have worked in customer service for over 3 years. I have also worked as an administrative VA, cold caller/appointment setter and a project manager for a Real Estate Marketing company. I have worked in roles where I was tasked to managed a huge of people (between 250+) people and a small group (15-20 people) and make sure that their performance are always at par with their goals.
