During my work experience in domains such as customer support, sales, or consulting I have developed my communication and interpersonal skills. I am currently working as a Customer Experience Order Processing Specialist for a multinational company, where I’m focused on handling chats, emails and raising tickets for clients using a translation software developed by the company I am working for. I also used to work in the UK as a Technical Call Centre Representative, where my main task was to provide technical support for merchants using POS terminals (pin & chip machines). Before coming to the UK, I was working as a Customer Service Representative, handling inbound calls from Xbox users in the UK and Ireland. Also, I'm familiar with writing content for SEO purposes, and I was involved in email marketing campaigns.
