I have been working as a Customer Service Representative and got promoted as a Subject Matter Expert in one of the Top Bank in the US for almost 2 years. I handle personal credit cards. My job descriptions are providing general information, updates information on file, payments, balance transfers, we also conduct security verification, disputes, lost or stolen, requesting for credit line increase. with my previous job I handled outbound calls as a Appointment Setter. We call our clients to renew their personal or company Insurance. this project is based in United Kingdom. We personally worked with our Senior Broker for every appointment that we get. This is a Project based that lasted for 5 months.
