I've been in the industry of BPO for more than 8 years now, majority of the experience is being a Technical/Customer support representative that also includes sales as part of the metrics. Got promoted as a Full time trainer on one of the companies I've been with. Due to high demand of a work from home set up because of the pandemic, I decided to be part of it. Became a virtual assistant doing inside sales, appointment setting and lead generation. After just a month of stay I got promoted as Marketing/Production Manager.

Has an excellent English verbal and written communication skills, great speed typing skills, knowledge in variety of CRM and other knowledge-base tools, generating and executing game plans as well as reporting and coaching.

Advance usage in Microsoft office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc. as well as Google apps including Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slide, Calendar and many more.
