Albhert is a Customer Service Representative with more than 3 years of experience in the BPO industry.

Before entering his current line of expertise, he was a working student. To hone his experience in the corporate line of career, he developed his skills as a customer service representative in Makati City, Metro Manila. Have handled a Canadian Telco account at first, then became a Financial Care Expert to an American Telco Account. After being exposed to collections field and production support, he later became a Senior Technical Support and was able to have the chance in handling training field and team management. Through these experience, he became an ideal worker with expertise in communication and management
