I’m a seasoned Business Process Professional, and I specialize in Mailbox Handling.

I have handled projects that are mixture of inbound and outbound voice support, with written interaction mainly email using Outlook, Gmail, and Moxie.

I recently handled mailboxes of a leading E-Commerce site US Autoparts, and its affiliates. I too have handled one of the mailboxes of one the brands carried by the safety company Brady, a company based in Wisconsin.

I too have an experience with admin tasks, well skilled with MS Office, Google Apps, SAP, and I too can manage Social Media accounts -- Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
