I have worked in a Customer service field for the last 20 years; 4 yrs recently with the BPO industry wherein I was able to handle Collections, Billing, Sales, Chat/Email, Technical support, Activation process for AU Telecom companies: Telstra and Optus. 

Spent 16 yrs as an Admin Support (Document and Data Configuration Management Assistant) at ON Semiconductor formerly Motorola. We perform documentation control and setup for new product introductions and support new product development for a Semiconductor Manufacturing. This position allows me to attend numerous training locally and internationally to support all the sites globally and work with the different top management of each Business units. This also requires me to create powerpoint training materials and download to counterpart part Colleagues locally and in different parts of Europe and US.
