I'm a graduate in Bachelor of Engineering having a total of 4 years of experience in Data Annotation, Sales and Marketing field, and Information Technology Enabled Services. For ITES, I was working with the process of Amazon.com within Sutherland global services where I have dealt with clients or customers from North America (mainly) and some of the other global customers as the primary point of contact responding and resolving their technical issues, order and payment related issues and also on product queries through chat, email and phone support. I was also been promoted as SME within a year to train and facilitate new hires with the process. I have received numerous awards and recognition inside the company. Some of which are Sutherland Quarterly Performer for 2 quarters, Amazon shining star for various months, and also been an Amazon Stand out-performer. I gained knowledge in International customer relationship and management, quality maintenance, time management, repo creation, integrity, attention to detail, and communication skills from this process.

From there I moved on to an Indian firm named Expert Goods and Services, where I worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager for the HVAC systems. I worked individually and collaboratively with team members in doing sales and marketing with 50+ top-end clients, contractors, builders, and interior designers. I was responsible for preparing and communicating pricing quotes, sales negotiations, and deal finalizing. As well as in educating and advising the clients on the services. I also mentor manage and supervise an inside and the outside team of seven employees, acting as a leader in supporting and resolving internal and external issues, meeting deadlines, and ensuring client satisfaction. I have achieved a reputation for exceptional customer service and client retention rates. Also been awarded the Expert Employee of the month for various months.

Afterward or for the last few months, I am working completely remote on a self-directed schedule on a web-based tool while maintaining constant participation and self-learning as Website Data Annotator for Telus International where I view and validate the quality of websites and label information of images, videos and text.

Needless to say, I'm very happy with my current job, extremely fulfilling. However, I was looking for a challenging one where I can use my skills and expertise on to the next job and improve myself to the more advanced and thereby helping the company in achieving their commercial success.
