Ana Guevara

I have 8 years of experience in the Call Center industry. I started as an Inbound Sales Agent, eventually moved to Inbound and Outbound Customer Service department. Later have different promotions that required a higher level of responsibility such as Quality Coach, and Trainer and eventually getting a leadership position for 4 years as Manager for the Learning & Development Department within HR. 

Most of the companies I've worked for are multinationals and required me to provide my services in English and Spanish to consumers in the United Stated and Canada.

My first years as part of the Operation side of the business allowed me to have a better understanding of the many different skills needed across the different levels of the organization. I took advantage of that previous experience to identify and implement skills development programs based on agents, supervisors and middle leadership career paths.

I'm also a fast learner and willing to learn as much as possible in order to perform better.
