I got promoted from being a Background
Investigator/CSR for 3 years where I've conducted
several types of searches (web searches, emails,
calls, etc.) on people per our clients' request.
Upon promotion, I have started checking the quality
of the reports made by the CSR and provided further
instructions to them if needed.
We also submitted these reports to the clients.
I was also given SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS such
as being a scheduler, writer, proofreader, on data
entry and in-charged of internal searches for
potential applicants.
