I have been in the call center industry for more than 10 years now and I have handled tech and customer service support during those years. I was promoted as a Team Leader and handled a team of 15 - 30 agents and I was able to help each of my members succeed in hitting their metrics. Part of my daily tasks are responding to emails, working on excel sheets, taking client and customer escalations and coaching agents.
