I am Aple Montecillo. I have experiences as Customer Service Representative , Admin VA, as an Ecommerce VA and as an Amazon Customer support manager.
I have a solid 7 years experience in the customer field and then got hired as an administrative support for Bridge Philanthropic Consulting working directly with our CEO and the higher management team. After that, I got hired initially as an Amazon customer support with GazurosĀ LLC. After several months working with them, I got promoted as the customer support manager. I manage not only our customer support team but I also monitor and process things for our Shopify, Ebay and Amazon account.
I was also hired as Ecommerce store assistant and Global Customer support manager for Yookidoo International. My work there is not only managing the Global customer support team but as well as creating product campaigns, doing keyword research, product optimization, product indexation, processing replacement and refunds, monitoring our Shopify account, monitoring of product reviews and seller feedback, order fulfillment and reviewing or proofreading the company's product FAQs before it will be published on the website, updating our listing and its back end information, I also manage our Walmart account and I create Amazon store for our local distributors globally.
