I've been in the call center industry since 2008 and multi-tasking is the highlight of my skill set. My latest job was in a real estate industry wherein I analyze data, do data entry and research through cold calling or through the internet. I've also became a maintenance support where I relay home or community issue message to the right person. I've encountered different accounts and products. I was technical support for gaming and mobile accounts and I have been a customer service for financial and insurance accounts. I've been an appointment setter for more than 2 years for a medical account. I have basic knowledge of Microsoft office, sales force tool, email management, calendars, and google drive. I took medical transcription short course and different call center training.
