I have been working as an account / project manager for close to five years now. My early forays into this career were mostly focused on above-the-line / traditional and below-the-line advertising, before I decided to shift to digital last 2015.

My training focused primarily on communication strategies and client management - always ensuring that the relationship between the client and the agency stays in tact and is enhanced as time goes by, while also keeping internal relationships in sync for better productivity. I am familiar with creative and web development processes, and I am confident that I can analyze internal systems and adjust as required before eventually suggesting ways on how it can be further optimized.

My current job is with Bigblock Solutions - a virtual digital marketing agency that is primarily based in Australia. Throughout my stay here, I have been able to improve internal management systems to increase agency productivity and add service offerings that are relevant to Clients (ie. optimized project management system, created and established a communication strategy development tool for digital marketing campaigns, established agency lead times, among other initiatives).

I am open to exploring more opportunities to give myself a chance to grow and learn more about this business.
