I spent almost half of my life as a public servant. I started my career in government service when I was eighteen and gained the trust and confidence of my superiors through my loyalty, perseverance, dedication and laudable work ethics. I was an elected government official and served my constituents for five years as Councilman.
While in government service, I started my BPO career in 2011 as Financial Account Specialist of Citibank under Convergys and stayed there for eighteen months. I also worked with Google Account under Concentrix as Customer Care Specialist. My last stint as a Call Center Agent was with Sykes Asia, Inc.as an Initial Client Expert - Customer Service Operator of Ameriprise Financial. I spent a total of thirty five months as BPO Call Center Agent and learned much from it.
I believe that with the work experience I have obtained from both the private and government offices I've been with, I may be able to surpass the expectations of any employers looking for a freelancer whom they could.depend on and be part of their organization.
