Reporter - The Press newspaper, Christchurch - April 2006 - July 2008 I began at The Press doing general reporting duties. In August 2006 I became the Education Reporter, a role I performed for 18 months until I went on maternity leave. During this time I covered early childhood education, school education and tertiary education, writing breaking news stories, investigative stories and features.
