My name is Ashish Rathi,I am from Delhi, India. I have worked with Starwood Hotels, AVIS Car Rental & Bamba Travels. I was working with Bamba Travels as Assistant Manager in Operation for 6 years and my job role was to provide customer support & taking care of the client's travel.  

Dealing directly with Suppliers in South East Asia.

• Making Itineraries, Costing, Issuing Voucher.

I have worked with Avis Car Rental as Reservation Executive for 2.5 years and I was in the customer support department. My job responsibilities were to provide assistance to customers desirous of renting car, Also to provide any other travel related information. To meet the queries related to Car rentals. To handle guest complaints in a most appropriate manner. To coordinate with Front Office / Concierge / Accounts Department.

Overall, I have a total working experience of 9 years in customer service & operations. Moreover, I have done training in Social Media Management, Email Marketing, Executive Assistance, Research & Lead Generation. I have a huge passion for traveling, particularly the less developed countries and & off the beaten track & destinations. I have a high tolerance for stress management and tend to thrive under pressure, often taking on other people’s issues. I am a very high energy person and love outdoor activities and adventure travel.
