I have worked a variety of back office / quality assurance tasks over the past 20 years. Primary focus on call review, order processing and revenue/comp reconciliation but have worked on and completed other protects and reports as needed.
Willingness to work very hard and dedicated to ensuring all projects/tasks are completed by deadline has made it possible to be a go to with SME for multiple telecom products and services allowing for the roll out of policy and procedures and training documents.
I completed a hiring training which allowed for a spot in hiring and training for each company as well.
I am willing to learn any system and pick up on most quickly, and in the past have been available almost constantly to ensure production and sales were not delayed.
