Hey there! My name is Ava, a happy wife and mother of one son. 

9 years of working experience as a Home-based freelance agent. Sales and Lead Generation Specialist, a survey specialist/researcher for IT businesses and a few different companies. Done appointment setting for real estate business,manufacturing company and IT companies. Did data validation directly from the client and gatekeepers. I was also an outbound sales agent for cable, TV, and internet making sure that we up sell each time.

I have also called schools before for Apollo After school program.

I was once a gatekeeper for Century 21 for a short period of time. 

Almost 3 years’ experience as an Expert in world-class customer service for T-Mobile under a call center setting before I started in my work from a home setup. I joined a lot of training in each field which added confidence in my career. 

I am very efficient, trustworthy and responsible. My aim is to deliver an excellent job for the company which I treat it as my own.
