Bonnie Rojas, PMP
A industrial engineer and Project Manager Professional (PMP), I direct and manage fast-moving and complex projects in software, IT, logistics, and process improvement for medium to large enterprises. I also manage social projects. I excel at handling multiple projects simultaneously, often with continuously changing priorities, and I regularly work with virtual, multi-functional teams and matrix organizations.
I believe that people are the key to delivering a successful project on time and on budget, so it’s vital to assemble and nurture a talented team, and to maintain a dialogue with the stakeholders.
Well versed in Agile methodologies with a thorough understanding of SCRUM, GMP, GSP and ERP frameworks. I have also developed and taught my own virtual education programs. A native Spanish speaker, I also speak fluent English.
