•Provide technical assistance in setting up, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Local Area
Networks (LAN), Wide area networks (WAN), Desktop, Laptop computers and others.
•Provide everyday end-user support for all aspects of Information Technology services.
•Assist users to configure their laptop & desktop to domain such as: Email Access, VPN access, WIFI access, TCP/IP Address, DNS & WINS address, Proxy Access and other office application access use for business.
•Responsible for the maintenance and installation of Personal Computers within the users.
•Identifies solution to user’s problems and concern associated regarding Software’s (office automation equipment) & Hardware’s.
•Install & implementation of office automation, hardware, software and peripherals according to department standards & procedure.
•Responsible for overall maintenance and installation of computer within the Standard Software and application for Globe Telecom to ensure the system security, compatibility & integration within Domain.
•Perform 2nd Level of troubleshooting of computer hardware, software and worked independently on routine assignment.
•Implementation of Group Policy for security purposes.
•Setup & Configure POS to all Globe Business Center and Events.
•Responsible to any job that will be assigned from time to time.
•Use Remedy system for checking and updating all tickets for SLA.
•Assist end-users regarding file and printer sharing access, server access, viruses, laptop, desktop computer, SMS Access, Sap Access, Lotus Notes, Remote User Access, LAN connection problem and others.
•Install and updates McAfee Antivirus.
•Setup, Install Standard Application and Configure new laptop.
•Create Lotus Notes Account and Domain user login.
•Monitoring Sonic Wall Anti spam.
•Maintain all the Servers up and running using VMware .
•Assemble and Disassemble of Laptop and Desktop Computer.
