I am a recent college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree. I have over 10 years of customer service experience with over 5 years being solely remote. I have performed customer service contracts for leading companies such as Carnival Cruise Line, Intuit TurboTax, Comcast, and Barnes & Noble. I have also created and managed an e-commerce small business that reached over 11,000 sales in 1 year. My skills include but are not limited to: customer service and retention, troubleshooting, bookkeeping, marketing, QuickBooks, Microsoft office suite, oracle, and many other CSR databases.
