I have 15 years professional experience in phone and email support. In my current role my duties include maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism ; resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues, data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems. As a receptionist I greeted visitors and helped them navigate through the office and supplied them with refreshments as they waited. I maintained calendars for appointments, sorted mails,made copies and planned travel arrangements. I am skilled at multitasking, product knowledge and adaptability.
