I used to be part of a BPO Company for almost 4 years, my first year was I am part of Live Chat support who address Australian's inquiry about our product, their bill, and everything about the service we provide. Then, after a year I was transferred to the Outbound sale department where I stayed for 3 years and was a part of the highest campaign I must say that it was big step from just sitting to talking, convincing or a much better way to say it, trying to identify customers need based on the information you can gather from them. It was challenging, because I used to just sit and track my daily task in spreadsheet until I get used to it. As part of every employee's journey you will reach the point that you're no longer excelling on the task because you already the strategy on how to it, and I did it for 4 consecutive years. Not only that, since I really have to take a break from stress I need to find a work which is suitable for my needs, then I found 51talk it has always been my passion to teach and the fact that I get to do that in my own convenient time and at the same time I get to spend more time with my kids, is definitely a rewarding thing for me. But ofcourse, I have three kids, the salary i'm getting from it is no longer enough that is why I thought of getting another job whether a long term or a short term as long as I get compensation from it, since I have been through alot of experiences data entry, sales agent, customer service, chat support, and tutor to name a few why not extend to it companies who needs one. I get to earn and at the same time I get to help, it's gonna be a win-win situation. So there, Looking forward to working with you.
