Founder of Highland Farm Foods, a brand created to offer a healthy alternative to regular snacking. Awarded best entrepreneur in Ecuador in 2017, received the best product award by Gourmet News Magazine in New York 2017, and runner up for best entrepreneur of the Americas in 2018. Since 2020 pivoted to a business consultant role, working with clients in Canada, Europe, USA and Ecuador in order to develop their businesses or specific products. In 2022 I started working as a brand strategist, having then the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the CPG industry.
