My background includes serving as customer service associate for more than five years, where my responsibilities included handling customer complaints (such as billing disputes, service interruptions, collections, healthcare and accommodation)

I also worked with Airbnb as a case manager for almost a year and helped hosts manage their listings, provide suggestions for setting up and adding catchy phrases for their listings, ask what type of pricing they should have for peak and off-peak seasons. I help manage their calendars to get the best pricing and help in the overall outlook of their listing before going live on the Airbnb market. I have helped hosts sync their calendars with other travel platforms like VRBO and HomeAway to ensure that they have no overlapping or double bookings for their listings.
