Hello, I am currently working online as multilingual team lead for projects related to a global search engine. I lead a team of 35 people who do internet research, data entry and localization. I write guidelines, take decisions about localization and schema, answer questions, manage all aspects of my team and their work, make sure the projects are done in due time and check the quality. I am also the person of reference among other team leads for all localization issues. I am looking for new challenges where I could use my language skills and other skills listed below. I am a native French and German speaker with excellent knowledge of English and Spanish, very good at communicating and building good relationships on an international level if I believe in the product/company. I am especially interested in offering my skills for renewable energies, or helping developing countries or people in need.
