Cassius Singh

I have worked extensively in the outsourcing business for the last ten years, being exposed to work ethics of varied cultures and countries. In 2014, I moved from mid-level operations to assisting CEOs in successfully taking their businesses forward by acquiring new clients, putting in place processes for smooth operations across various verticals, and helping them on-board right-fit team members. Over the last six years, I have worked with an Australian multimedia publisher, Audio Visual Archives, and as their Operations Manager helped them mobilize global operations from India and take their online product to the next level. From there, I joined Chezuba, a global start-up, as their Global Business Head and worked directly with the CEO to help grow their online volunteering platform across 36 countries. Presently, I am working with a US-based Managed IT and Security service provider, Geektek, as their Senior Account Manager (Sales Operations).

In the initial years, I worked mainly in customer service. This gave me experience in handling different, and often times tough situations and people. It also taught me how to create a well-balanced approach that was satisfactory to the client as well as beneficial to the company

For me, the most important quality of being a manager was to not forget my learning as a customer service executive. My experience had taught me the difficulties faced by teams while executing a given task. I am now able to use this knowledge and apply it to my current profile.
