I have BPO experience in my country for almost 8 years and different kind of calls received - I have an inbound and outbound call experiences (whether it is cold calling, hard-selling, upselling, customer service, technical support, etc) - for different accounts**: XBOX360, hotels.com AND Expedia, CITIBANK, DODO, CLUBTELCO, and TPG.**

Having been laid off from my current Cataloging and Customer Service Position due to Corporate downsizing. I was excited to come across the job ad posted on the website and I believe with my extensive experience working online, I believe I have the knowledge, drive, and skills needed to be the perfect addition to your staff.

I worked in several online companies like Australia, UK, the US, and Canada. With my experiences in Canada time, I worked as a Recruitment Assistant where I posted job ads on different channels like CareerBuilder, indeed.com, Canada job sites and more. This Recruitment did not last that long because of "recession" as they always said it. But I landed in a Recruitment job for Resume searching with JMW where we searched for the candidates in an around 50-mile radius with their specific skills and will make a phone call to screen the candidates.

I was challenged working in maze.com company since they are Accounting Services - formulation, computation, and of course, numbers, yet I am so privileged to work with a very understanding Client where he taught me a lot about terminologies, computation, auditing, bookkeeping, and Xero until they have decided to get some OJT's in their country for much lesser and cheaper expense in salary.

I challenged myself working in Shopify Software because I am a believer that I can learn everything in the right manner, patience and time, I am thankful enough of the trust they have given me and in return, I worked thrice the trust provided to me. I learned Order Fulfillment, Order Processing, Cancelation, Refunds, Creating Orders, Email Responder, Email Marketing and all the updates that the Customers' needs. I de-duplicated Customer' accounts from one to another. With my back office skills, I learned how to Create Titles and Tags, Shopify Inventory, Product Description, Created handles and SEO, Publishing and Listing.

With all this knowledge I have become skilled at different software like XERO, HOOTSUITE, NETSUITE, SLACK, GORGIAS, WRIKE, BASECAMP, GO FLOW, SHOPIFY, GOOGLE DOCS, EXCEL, FB Management, Zendesk, Goflow, Shopify tools and many more.
