I have been working since 2015 after I finished my Bachelor's degree as a customer service representative. I first worked for Convergys handling their eBay UK mediations account and was transferred to DirecTV for their Billing and General Information Account. I moved to Accenture and worked as a Technical Service Representative for their Google Hardware Account and was moved to their new project for their Twitter account as a Transaction Processing Associate. I learned how to be an expert in data entry and content moderation. Hungry for more experience, I moved to Hindustan Computers Limited as one of their Senior Customer Service Executive. There, I learned how to process durable medical equipment orders and do outbound calls and follow up customers through email or phone call if necessary.
