I have been working in the customer service industry for more than 15 years.

I have always known that my passion in life is to serve others. I became a short term insurance broker, and discovered that customer service is what I am passionate about. The industry has taught me how to handle even the most distressed client, in such a way that all parties are satisfied with the outcome of the situation.

I am detail oriented, but diplomatic. I am a good listener, and a great communicator. I am fair and try to always make sure that the client is satisfied with the interaction we had.
