Being in the BPO industry for more than 8 solid years, I've experienced different kinds of leaders and colleagues, which has broadened my perspective on how to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

People engagement is something that I love to do. It's my passion to communicate, discover new ideas, and learn at different levels of intellect. I believe that this is a great help to me in becoming an influencer for good in many aspects-- whether it's at work or play.
