I have been in VA industry for a year and I can say it honed my skills in MS Office and G Suite, especially Excel. I was in the BPO business for over a decade. I would say I am a seasoned agent. I learned a lot all throughout those years especially being a team player and as an individual performer. I always try to make it on top because I know I can benefit more from being a performer than just a mediocre. I have learned to learn & unlearn the knowledge I acquired as I have to adjust to changes and challenges that this business has.

Working at home requires discipline and I can proudly say I have that and the integrity to work alone and be in a team at the same time.
