I am a Sales/Customer Support specialist with 3 years of work experience and broad knowledge spanning Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Email marketing, Customer service and Book Keeping.

I worked as a Customer Information Service Officer with Guaranty trust bank for over two years, I was responsible for providing splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times, have sufficient knowledge about the banking products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly. I also Improved customers’ banking experience with the bank by ensuring that the customers are attended to promptly and all their challenges are resolved without delay. Sent and received emails and calls from and to existing and prospective customers.

Before to joining the Multinational Bank, I worked as a Sales Agent/Book keeper for Afro Foods and Spices , a manufacturing and retail company, where I attended to inbound calls and made outbound sales calls to generate leads, provided accurate information on the products, cross-sell products, and provided answers to customers queries, and general administrative tasks and as a result, I was able to increase customers’ loyalty and increased sales margin by over 40%.

Also, I recorded day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process, verified that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger.

Furthermore, I worked as a Receptionist/Secretary at Orons Eye Clinic, I was responsible for handling customer files and documentation. welcomed visitors, helping them navigate through the office. In addition, they maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, make copies, and plan travel arrangements
