Incredibly positive and enthusiastic self starter with five years experience working as an operations analyst for a software development company based in the US. I started out as an executive assistant and was promoted to the operations team to assist with providing support to all our internal users mainly working in Salesforce.

During my time on the operations team, one of the projects I took on was to document our team processes for users. It’s main purpose was to be an invaluable resource for reference and training purposes. Having been new to operations and Salesforce, I used the opportunity to train myself with the system and was able to learn quickly, drawing on my research and writing abilities to create a useful and meaningful centre for future training and project collaboration.

In addition to being flexible and highly organized, I’m also a passionate about people – particularly when it comes to building relationships. When I was an account manager for a restaurant distribution company in London, I was responsible for selling products to fine dining restaurants, my clients being chefs and restaurant managers. Chefs are under an enormous amount of pressure and the key to my success was investing and building strong relationships through constantly keeping up to date with the industry as well as showcasing high levels of communication, it taught me the value of going that extra mile for a client.

Having lived and worked in London, The US, Costa Rica and South Africa, I have been fortunate to have met and worked with many people from all over the world. I am driven by helping others and I am passionate about people. My experience has helped me understand people from all walks of life, building lasting relationships along the way.

I thrive on new challenges and continuously seek ways to improve my work and myself. I am hoping to continue on an exciting career path and look to build a professional future in a dynamic environment that values teamwork and invests and nurtures strong core values a community ethos.
