Handles centralized tasks of schedule adherence, attendance and real-time productivity and attitude of the agents for assigned projects or sites.
Processes and approves (in consultation with Intraday Management) of tickets and requests within Verint regarding (preferred) changes to the published schedules
Processes attainment exceptions in the schedule of the agents
Processes and makes operational changes to the schedule, directed and/or initiated by Intraday Management and inform when required the agents or supervisors about these changes
Processes all tasks related to attendance tasks, including voicemail reviews
Handles requests from a ticket management system.

Roles of a Process Engineer:
To provide process engineering services in the analysis, design, setup, testing, deployment and improvement of processes needed in all project deliveries.
Creates technical reports, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Creates Program Requirements and Test Plans in doing application testing.
Provide accurate data information for projects simultaneously being handled by proper scheduling of work to be done and attending them in order based on priority.
Roles of a PeopleSoft Financials – Application Developer
Analyze user requirements (using concepts of Account Receivables, Account Payables, General Ledger & Billing)
Code analysis and debugging
Creates test plans/scenarios
Tests test plans/scenarios
Implements standard coding formats
Develops existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification.
Continue updating technical knowledge and skills by attending brownbags and/or external courses, reading manuals.
