First of all, I am going to introduce myself: my name is Cristiana and I am Italian native speaker and bilingual (Italian / English)customer service support virtual assistant and a full-time freelance translator (English – Italian, French – Italian, German – Italian), a social media and search engine evaluator for some international companies and virtual online office assistant and customer service support. I have lived for several years abroad where I have worked as Business Support and customer service coordinator for an international USA company dealing in particular with the Italian and English market.
