Business owners tend to bring their businesses online as they will reach more customers through the use of different social media platforms. To help their businesses, they hire virtual assistants to work virtually on different tasks and have their businesses become successful. So, Camino Virtual Shift is designed to provide virtual services that will help businesses gain their client's trust and respect.

I am Cristina Camino of  Camino Virtual Shift, providing general virtual assistance and customer support. Having over 5 years of mixed experience as a Customer Service Representative and Virtual Office Assistant as I worked with three Business Process Outsourcing companies and one virtual solution agency in the Philippines.    I assist in administrative tasks, monitoring social media accounts, communicating with clients, researching, building databases, file management, scheduling appointments, and more. I handle customer complaints and answer customer queries about the company’s products and services either by phone, chat, or email in a prompt manner. Having a Bachelor’s degree in English allows me to effectively communicate with clients and customers. 

However, my knowledge and skills are not just limited to the above-mentioned tasks as I am a forward-thinking individual aiming to go beyond the limit. As a visionary, I provide surprising solutions that will exceed my client’s expectations. I think out of the ordinary with bold concepts to invent and recreate something new from the old ones. Having an entrepreneurial point of view, I don’t just sit and go along with what others do, I  execute the contrary to highlight the best in what I do. Aside from my professional background, I enjoy creative writing, designing, and spending quality time with my loved ones.
