Daneva Joy Magallanes

I have been in the BPO industry from 2012 to 2017 as a Customer Service Representative in different scopes of support for various companies, such as Telecommunications, E-commerce, B2B, and Technology. I have handled general inquiries, phone bill discrepancies, troubleshooting, parcel tracking, replacement, refunds, and telemarketing.

In 2018, I started working as a Virtual Assistant. I have worked with Transportation companies, where I dispatched rides, market research, and appointment setting. I was also a Contract Coordinator creating loan agreements for the Lending Institution's clients.

Working with companies with different lines of business helped me develop self-growth in a wide range of areas. The 12 years of experience exposed me to new ideas and challenged me to engage in conversations. It helped me broaden my insight into others' points of view. I would have never received an award for reaching the top agent for outstanding performance in Customer Service if I hadn't delivered a good quality of work by nailing the metrics and receiving good feedback from the customer survey, and it feels fulfilling.
