I am a Journalism graduate, however, I did not get the chance to practice it.
I was with the BPO industry for 3 years, that is where I have gained experience in customer engagement. I was in charged of customers' account maintenance, answering queries, processing orders and upselling products. Making a difference in someone’s day is enough to get me inspired to go on with my day.

I yearned to earn more, so I searched for a freelance job, hence, I found one. I have been accepting transcription jobs for two years now. I transcribe audios mainly for consumer research.

In August last year I decided to go home based, I was referred by a friend, and luckily, I got accepted. That is where I gained my administrative work experience. I was assigned to search for job openings and have our clients scheduled for interview. I was also tasked to compose statements and proofread files that were being sent by clients.
