I was working for a BPO called Sutherland Global Services where data entry as well as good customer service is a key aspect of my job. I have expert knowledge in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, Google Docs and Sheets as well as my company's systems which includes the use of software such as Atlas, UOC and of course Sprinklr which is used to manage our social media accounts. I was awarded employee of the quarter due to keeping my response times to a minimum, achieving scores of 45 seconds to a minute per customer reply on the Sprinklr platform and having a 99% typo error free response for that entire quarter. I studied Data Operations and is currently a certified Data Entry Specialist with a strong Network Designing background. Fluency in the English language is a must in my workplace and that is reinforced in the way I carry on with my work. I'm extremely reliable, easily adaptable to change as that is also a quality required by my company and I'm prompt.
