Having worked in the customer service industry for years, I have gained so much experience in

practicing my ability in providing superb assistance to clients/customers through calls, emails,

or chats. I used my knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist customers

with inquiries, complaints, or problems.

I have practiced my adaptability in a fast-paced environment where updates and new guidelines

are implemented, at times, immediately. I spent most of my professional life offering assistance

to clients using different tools and with different product information.
