PROFILE
Having worked in the customer service industry for years, I have gained so much experience in
practicing my ability in providing superb assistance to clients/customers through calls, emails,
or chats. I used my knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist customers
with inquiries, complaints, or problems.
I have practiced my adaptability in a fast-paced environment where updates and new guidelines

The account I was assigned to is an online retail store based in the US. My main role was to
process customers' orders and process their payments over the phone. I also do soft selling to
offer the company's product warranty for each order I place. We also process credit applications
for customers who are interested in installment plans.
As customer service specialists, we answer customers' product and order status queries and
check the items' availability.

The first account I was assigned to is an online movie ticketing company. My main role was to
